ManXpress
An advanced platform that can be utilized as a java based software application or browser based system. Provides order entry, quotes, and account balance information all in one.
Opinion: Provides the most function out of all the platforms enabled for both electronic and pit trading. More complicated than most to get use to, but once you do, very capable and efficient. [Note: No additional fees for Man clients.]

M-Trade
Mtrade has been designed to afford traders access to the US futures markets. This browser based entry system allows users to access and trade both electronic and open outcry markets.
Opinion: Browser based application, so it's available anywhere internet is for you. No market depth or any other bells and whistles, but very effective and easy to use for electronic order entry and management of any market. Users enter symbols into platform for each trade. [Note: No additional fees for Man clients.]

M-Trade Pro (J-trader)
Mtrade Pro is a feature-rich front-end application that can meet the needs of all types of traders. It is a highly flexible product that allows you to choose the level of functionality to suit your requirements. A Patsystems product.
Opinion: Very easy to use with simple and effective display for execution.

NinjaTrader
Order creation and management can be a time consuming and erroneous process especially when trading fast markets, with NinjaTrader, the order execution process is efficient and accurate providing you the edge you need to succeed.
Opinion: This is a front-end upgrade to J-trader. Allows for auto-entry stops and target orders. Tech support provided via email only. [Note: $49 per month charge.]

PhotonTrader is a professional level trading platform designed for those who demand more out of each trade.
Opinion: Very fast. May be more than average trader needs however. [Note: $200 per month charge.]

Strategy Runner
Strategy Runner is a sophisticated yet easy-to-use trading platform that provides ability to trail stops, auto exit, and more.
Opinion: Trailing stop-loss feature is nice, but not as fast or stable as others. [Note: Additional fee charge of $0.75 cents per trade.]

A high performance software for professional derivatives traders. Designed for quick execution with a single click. Very good auto-spreader tool.
Opinion: More product than needed for most speculators. Largely a professional system. [Note: $700 per month charge.]

Commodity Explorer
A front-end software program that has the following tools for success; trend charts, money management, realistic trade simulator and special contract indicators to identify good trading candidates. Also provides video training and interactive daily futures shows, along with hours of live internet radio commentary.
Opinion: Nicely integrates trend recognition software into a comprehensive trading platform. However, only 25 available markets means you'll only trade contracts that someone else has deemed "safe." Might be best suited for beginning traders looking for electronic guidance before execution. [Note: Additional $99 per month fee.]

EDGE
The Edge online trading platform is easily deployed and configured for trading in both electronic and open outcry markets. The Edge application has been designed by industry professionals, with input from traders and customers, to ensure that it meets today's demanding electronic trading requirements.
Opinion: Allows more user options and different set ups for trading windows. Free last quotes of markets, but you will have to pay for live data. Not as good of tech support system as M-Trade or ManXpress. [Note: Additional $0.25 charge per trade.)
