IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means to you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

Please include the following upon submission of these account forms:

FOR US CITIZENS - A copy of your driver's license, state issued ID card, passport, utility bill or similar documents. You must include at least one document with a number and your signature.

FOR NON-US PERSONS - A copy of a passport, driver's license, valid government issued ID card or similar documents. You must also include at least one document with a valid address.

FOR ENTITIES SUCH AS CORPORATIONS OR PARTNERSHIPS - Articles of incorporation, good standing certificates, partnership agreements, business licenses or similar documents.

Open Account

There are two methods by which you can open a trading account with CTG. We offer the convenience and speed of entering your information with our online account form. You can also open an account by accessing the necessary documents in PDF format, completing, and returning them to the address or fax below.     For qualifying applicants, we've developed a state-of-the-art online system through one of our FCMs that allows you to quickly and conveniently open a futures trading account with Capital Trading Group. If you would rather download and print out our account forms, you can also use this link to download the forms, and then simply return them to us via mail, fax or email.



  2. If you choose to print and complete the above account documentation by hand, then please be sure to sign and date all appropriate pages. If you are a non-US account holder, please call for appropriate foreign documentation. This paperwork must be filled out by hand (for legal purposes), signed as indicated and then mail to:

  3. Due to the Patriot Act, all accounts must provide verification of current address and name. Please submit a copy of your driver's license with the paperwork.
  4. Once your completed paperwork has been submitted, our office will contact you directly when the new account has been approved. You may deposit funds into your new account by either sending a check with your application, or we will provide wire instructions after your account is approved.
